“Mine” takes aim at our economic addiction to the exploitation of mineral resources in northern and western Australia, comparing it to the encroachment of invasive species such as cane toads.
It features the most shameless ‘clipper of the ticket’ in the ’flogging-off’ of these national resources, (and also both Australia’s richest person and a guest at President Trump’s second inauguration), supported by a pile of tomatoes. These rubicund salad items represent her staunch political ally, the bibulous cad who is the Honourable Member for New England.
